The Riding from the Inside Out unmounted workshop:
- Conducted
by Lisa Champion
- 3 hours in
duration
- Held in a
facility that allows for both lecture and exercise
- Can accommodate
up to 50 people (more if necessary)
- Takes you
through vital information regarding the principles of postural
awareness and core stability, then gives you the chance to learn
how to correctly perform key exercises and stretches in the Riding
from the Inside Out program.
- If you are
interested in hosting a Riding from the Inside Out workshop in
your area, simply email Lisa at info@ridingfromtheinsideout.com
to discuss further details.
The unmounted
workshop can be accompanied by a mounted workshop for a limited
number of riders. We suggest that the unmounted workshop is held
on day one, and the mounted workshop follows on day two. The mounted
workshop can:
- Accommodate
up to 14 riders
- Lessons last
for 30-40 minutes and focus specifically on rider's postural habits
and position.
- Riders have
posture dots attached to them in key areas before their lesson.
- Larissa works
with them in the saddle, while Lisa discusses specific stretches
and exercises both before and after the riding lesson.
- Riders must
participate in the unmounted workshop before doing the mounted
component.
- Again, please
contact Lisa to discuss further details if you are interested
in conducting a Riding from the Inside Out workshop in your area.
In addition,
Larissa Chadwick is available for dressage lessons and clinics.
Contact Larissa by emailing info@ridingfromtheinsideout.com.
